All we can say is thank you to those who have chosen to leave them. We have never solicited a review and honestly put very little value in them. Don't get me wrong we LOVE receiving accolades. That being said unfortunately reviews are typically only left when folks don't get what they want. And that does not necessarily relate to the task or work performed. Sometimes communication is the issue. Sometimes it the price. Sometimes its the weather. Literally there are thousands of reasons. Also you should keep in mind in most cases the business really is limited as to what can be done when someone leaves negative reviews. So in most cases the whole story is never really known. As you can see if you look at our reviews. The real ones are typically stellar and very positive, but keep in mind we are human, and will occasionally make a mistake. It is what we do after the fact that defines our value! And we always do our honest best to do the right thing. Additionally, it should be said that most reviews for A Ok Walker are not from actual customers. After the pennies issue went viral the kids in the basement fabricated tons of fake reviews on multiple reviewing sites. If the reviews actually matter to you, you should disregard most of them posted between March and July of 2021. Give us a try and you'll be a customer for life.
